Terms of Use
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of ungic — the website ungic.com, the app at app.ungic.com and its connector for AI assistants (together, the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use ungic for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.
1. The service
ungic lets your AI assistant design clickable mobile app prototypes: a specification, screens, a visual system, a live prototype, share links and exports. ungic is currently free. It is a design and prototyping tool; what it produces is a prototype, not a finished or production-ready app. We may add, change or remove features, and we may introduce paid plans in the future — we will not charge you without your explicit agreement.
2. Your account
You need an account to create projects; sign in with Google or with a one-time email link. You must be at least 16. Keep access to your email and connected AI apps secure — anything done through them counts as done by you. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
3. Your content
What you and your AI assistant create in ungic is yours — specifications, screens, code, designs and uploaded files. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, render, transmit and display that content only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with (for example to produce screenshots, previews and exports). This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies kept briefly in backups.
You are responsible for your content: you must have the rights to everything you upload (images, logos, PDFs, text) and it must not break the law or these terms.
4. AI assistants
ungic does not run an AI model. Your assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT) runs on your own plan with its provider, under that provider’s terms. The assistant acts on your instructions through ungic’s tools and can create, change and delete content in the projects you open for it. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to existing works — review it before you rely on it or show it as your own.
5. Teams and share links
Workspace admins decide who joins and with which role. A share link lets anyone who has it view the prototype and, if enabled, comment and approve screens. You are responsible for whom you invite and where you send links; turn a link off to revoke it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use ungic to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
- build phishing pages, impersonate real companies or people to deceive, or collect credentials or payment details under false pretences;
- upload malware, or content that is sexual content involving minors, violent extremism, harassment or hate;
- probe, overload or break the service or its security, bypass limits, or access other people’s projects;
- resell or rehost the service, or scrape it at scale.
7. Limits and deletion
The service has fair-use limits (for example on project size, uploads, screenshots and requests) that keep it free and fast for everyone; the app shows them where they apply. Projects without activity for 90 days are scheduled for deletion after an email warning and deleted 30 days later unless opened; archived projects are deleted 30 days after archiving. Export anything you want to keep. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party material
Designs can use Google Fonts, open-source icon sets (for example Lucide, Tabler, Phosphor, Solar, Material Symbols, MingCute) and stock photos from Pixabay or Pexels. Each is provided under its own licence; if you ship a product built from a prototype, follow those licences (for example Solar icons require attribution under CC BY 4.0). Exports list what the project uses.
9. Our rights
The service itself — its software, UI kit, templates, brand and documentation — belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not give you rights to it beyond using the service. If you send feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
10. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost — keep exports of work that matters.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Suspension and ending
You can stop using ungic at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts, turn off share links or remove content that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk; where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your work.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell signed-in users about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the Contact us form on ungic.com or in the app.
